Academy Standards
Earning a spot in the NYRB Academy is one of the most challenging achievements in youth soccer. Review our requirements before submitting your profile.
Regional Focus
Priority is given to athletes residing in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) within a 75-mile radius of Red Bull Arena.
Age Groups
Open to birth years 2008 to 2013 for the upcoming season. Specific regional scouting dates vary by age category.
Scouting Resume
Applicants must provide a comprehensive playing history, including ODP, MLS Next, or high-level club participation.
Processing Fee
A non-refundable application processing fee of $300 is required upon registration to cover elite-tier scouting logistics and administration.
Athletic Profile
Candidates must demonstrate elite speed, agility, and the physical capacity for a high-intensity transition-based game model.
Academic Eligibility
Must be in good standing with current school. Our academy partnership with local high schools ensures academic success.
Red Bull Mentality
We look for players who are fearless, aggressive in defense, and quick-thinking in transition. Team-first attitude is mandatory.
